February 14th is the day we celebrate Valentine’s Day in North America. Be a valentine to YOU. Trace ‘Nine Hearts’ around yourself.

Feel the LOVE ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️


Basic Sequence - the nine hearts exercise

respect your limits, modify where needed
posture set-up:
  • stand or sit

  • feel both feet grounded and connected to the earth

  • spine is tall

overall exercise:
  1. draw three hearts around the face

  2. draw three hearts around the torso

  3. draw three hearts around the body

  • Feel the LOVE

Explore the Movement with Breath :

Hearts around FACE:
  • place fingers at chin

  • INHALE draw hands up mid line to forehead

  • EXHALE draw heart around face down to chin

  • repeat 2 more times

Hearts around TORSO:
  • place hands over pubic bone

  • INHALE draw hands up mid line to upper chest

  • EXHALE draw heart around torso down to pubic bone

  • repeat 2 more times

Hearts around BODY:
  • place hands in prayer over heart area

  • INHALE draw hands in prayer up mid line to above head

  • EXHALE draw heart around body down to the toes OR sides of legs

    • can exhale out of the mouth slowly with enough pressure to puff out cheeks

    • slowly press outstretched arms down your sides with strength, as if you are pushing a weight down

  • repeat 2 more times

Her website has a wonderful exercise where she invites people to recognize there own uniqueness, humanness and awesomeness by completing the following sentence on a daily basis:
